User Satisfaction on Human Resources Management Information System: Implementation in Enforcement Organization

Information and Communications Technology (ICT) involves unlimited technology developments plays important role in measuring the success of an organization. The efficiency management organization depends on performance Human Resources Management (HRM). Resource System (HRMIS) is one Malaysian government flagships that occupy employees to manage human resources (HR). However, findings from elicitation literature existing experience researcher found usefulness HRMIS particularly terms ease use, time-saving, cost-saving, system quality still ambiguous which affects user satisfaction. Therefore, main objective this study determine relationship between all factors satisfaction HRMIS. has been carried out at organizations a total number 191 respondents 380 by utilizing stratified random sampling technique. results are most significant affect using Thus, it hoped should be able provide awareness importance among public servants Malaysia.
