User Satisfaction on Human Resources Management Information System: Implementation in Enforcement Organization

Information and Communications Technology (ICT) involves unlimited technology developments plays important role in measuring the success of an organization. The efficiency management organization depends on performance Human Resources Management (HRM). Resource System (HRMIS) is one Malaysian government flagships that occupy employees to manage human resources (HR).
